Update: Amazon.com has started selling the Motorola V505. After rebate you get $75 BACK. This is less than free.

As expected, AT&T Wireless has officially launched the Motorola V505. MobileTracker exclusively reported on images of the Motorola V505 showing up on AT&T web servers late last week. AT&T Wireless is selling the V505 for $199.99 after a $70 instant rebate. Here are some of its features (this phone hasn’t been announced by Motorola yet):

• VGA camera with 4x zoom
• MP3 ring tones
• Instant Messaging (Wireless Village client) - AOL, Yahoo, and ICQ
• Java
• Bluetooth
• Video playback but not recording
• 65K color internal LCD
