Due to the merger shuffle, the newly announced Audiovox SMT5600 has found itself without a carrier (it was carried by AT&T Wireless, but did not migrate over to Cingular). The popular Windows Mobile powered smartphone just started shipping about a month ago.

At the time of this posting you can still purchase the Audiovox SMT5600 on Amazon.com. The price is $224.99, but $250 in rebate bring it down to -$25. It is likely this option will disappear soon, so if you wanted a 5600, act quickly. You can also pick it up from ATTWireless.com, though it costs $199.
