The wait is finally over–AT&T Wireless is now shipping the Motorola V600. The phone retails for $299 with a 2-year contract. There are no known rebates to bring the price down. Here’s a quick run-down of the Motorola V600’s features:

• 176ื220 pixel 65,000 color TFT display
• VGA resolution camera (with zoom)
• Bluetooth
• MP3 ringtones

The phone should hit store shelves later this week, but you can order it via the phone now: 1-866-293-4634 or 1-888-799-1305. Be prepared for long hold times though, as the V600 has been long coming.
