T-Mobile is supposedly working on an App Store for their line-up of mobile phones similar to the already very successful Apple iPhone App Store in iTunes.
mocoNews reports that their sources tell them that T-Mobile is preparing a platform for developers to offer their Apps to T-Mobile customers.
That Google’s Android phones would get some kind of App Store was clear. T-Mobile also wants to offer Apps to Java, Windows and Sidekick phones.
mocoNews could also get an official response from T-Mobile related to their published rumor. The statement vaguely confirms the direction of T-Mobile leading towards an App Store.
