The M8 phone actually made it to CeBIT and Engadget’s got the first hands-on with the iPhone device. It’s stll in prototype stage, which is very disappointing since it’s taken Meizu this long to present the actual hardware. From the looks of it, the software will take months before it can be finalized. It’s looks more like the iPod Touch clone than an iPhone clone, but it’s definitely on the chunky side of things. The screen is bright and crisp. The three buttons looks OK, but it won’t do much to immunize Meizu against an Apple lawsuit. We’ll see.
