As CNN CONFIRM: IphoneSIMFree Has Unlocked iPhone, now Engadget said the new release date of iPhone unlocking software is this coming Monday.
iPhoneSimFree already started to send out demo versions of their unlock software. The unlocking will not work until they start running their backend system.
iPhoneSimFree will only ship their solution to resellers and not enable individual phones for end users.

Now that the iPhone is just $399 an unlocked iPhone might not be selling soon for not much more.
