Rogers, a Canadian network operator has said they will picking up the iPhone later this year, after announcing they have reached an agreement with Apple. A brief statement from the carrier ensued: “[Rogers] Wireless announced it had reached an agreement with Apple to bring the iPhone to Canada later this year. Information regarding device availability and service plans will be announced at a later date.” However, the question remains if Rogers will opt for the current 2G iPhone, or the inevitable 3G version, which should be announced soon.
