Oakley and Motorola have gained FCC approval (ID IHDT6FA1) of RAZRWire, the hybrid product that combines Oakley sun glasses with a Motorola Bluetooth headset. The product is scheduled to ship in the second half of this year.

RAZRWire will come in three different frame colors, all with high-quality Oakley optics. The frame is made of a metal alloy that is 40% lighter than titanium.

Pricing has not been announced, but an existing Oakley glasses line that includes an onboard MP3 player start at $295.
