
Philips is about to release a new Xenium phone. The model is called 9@9q and traditionally for the Xenium series it stands out for long battery life. This clamshell hasn’t been officially introduced yet, the info about it probably leaked from the FCC site. The new Xenium phone will be marketed mainly in China and Russia.

The specs of Philips Xenium 9@9q:
- Networks - GSM/GPRS (900/1800/1900 MHz)
- Main display – 262K colors
- Camera – 1.3-megapixel with video capture (MPEG4, 15 fps)
- Music player - MP3, AAC and WMA
- Slot - microSD (up to 2 GB)
- Bluetooth and USB interfaces
- Standby time – about 750 hours (1 month or so)
- Talk time - 9 hours
