Details on Samsung SGH-i780 WM-communicator

The Unwired has posted the specs of the communicator called the SGH-i780. Powered by Windows Mobile 6 Professional it works in GSM/GPRS/EDGE 900/1800/1900 MHz and UMTS/HSDPA 2100 MHz networks.

The source says the new communicator comes with a 2.55” 320×320 touchscreen display, a QWERTY-keyboard, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR and Wi-Fi b/g wireless modules, a 2-megapixel camera, a frontal VGA-camera and an integrated GPS-receiver. Samsung SGH-i780 measures 115.9×61.3×13.3 mm. An interesting thing about it is that this is the first communicator with the square display powered by Windows Mobile 6. the release date hasn’t been unveiled yet.
