T-Mobile USA, a division of Deutsche Telekom, is still planning on launching a 3G network in 2007. T-Mobile USA CEO Robert Dotson believes his company will continue to grow at about 1 million new customers per month through the end of the year. “We are a growth machine. We have to grow, grow, grow,” Dotson said.

T-Mobile USA hasn’t yet started to aquire spectrum for 3G, but has budgeted 2.2 billion euros for its network this year.
