
Many people were able to get a hold of an iPhone 3G over the weekend and reviews has started to show up around blogosphere. Most of the reviews are favorable toward the phone but does raise concern over weak battery life when 3G data connection is enabled.

To start of the review roundup, Chris Davies from Phonemag. He has never uses an iPhone before, but he is quite impress with the phone features overall – that being said, he agrees that battery life seems to be lacking.

On Slashgear, Vincent feels the iPhone is a must have for phone enthusiast and a winner for Apple; With significant upgrades from the first Gen, Apple did not cater well to Flash users ignoring quite a bit of requests for the plug-ins on Safari.

Scott over at iPhonebuzz did not encounter the activation problem many consumers have, but was not all impressed by the built-in camera – without zoom function. GPS did not play well with the reviewer from iPhonebuzz as he feels it wasn’t accurate enough to be use as primary gps device.

Could the iPhone 3G become Apple’s flagship product that over achieving Apple’s previous success with iPod? Time will tell, but for now, the crave and craze is not over; many people are still eager to get their hand on this super hyped phone.
