Wireless carrier Hutchison has started 3G service in Hong Kong. We first reported on this back in December 2003, when the official launch date was still unknown. The NEC 616 is the only phone the carrier is offering for launch. The data services include 19 entertainment channels offering sports, music, video messaging, electronic mail, and stocks and foreign exchange information.
