The FCC today has re-approved the Samsung T639. The model was originally approved as a quad-band GSM phone, however that approval was revoked and now the phone has been re-approved with WCDMA 1700 support. Support for this band as well as the model both indicate the phone is destined for T-Mobile USA. The T639 appears to be a clamshell phone with quad-band GSM/EDGE and Bluetooth in addition to 3G. No additional details are available in the documents approved today. Neither T-Mobile nor Samsung have announced this phone yet.
