Amp’d Mobile, a youth oriented MVNO startup, today announced the first phone that it will carry once the service launches later this year. The Kyocera Jet Multimedia Phone is a customized version of the Slider Remix, with one major addition being EV-DO high-speed data.

Other features of the Kyocera Jet include:

• 176ื220 pixel 262K color display
• VGA camera with flash
• Music player
• TransFlash card slot
• Amp’d Mobile’s proprietary user interface, built on BREW

Pricing for the handset was not announced.
