Hutchison Telecommunications announced that it’s 3G network is ready for commercial use. If you live in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane–look for it.

The downside is that since it’s a new technology you’re going to have to buy a new phone. In about two weeks the company stores will be selling some, no word yet on what kind.
