Apple’s 3G iPhone is set to launch in various countries on the 22nd of August. The countries that will launch the device on the 22nd are: India, Czech Republic, Estonia, Philippines, Romania, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Peru, Uruguay, Poland, and Hungary. Though, note that of these countries, India does not yet offer a 3G network, so EDGE will have to suffice for now. To add to that list, there are said to be five other countries launching the 3G iPhone on the 22nd – Singapore said to be one of them, but nothing is confirmed yet, in regards to that.
